NAIOP Utah would like to serve as a resource for legislation affecting the real estate industry. Jeffrey Rasmussen with Ray Quinney Nebeker is our chapter legislative affairs chair and pulled together a tracking chart showing bills from this year’s session deemed particularly important to the NAIOP community.
The chart summarizes the contents of each bill and tracks where the bill is in the legislative process. As the session continues, we will update the status of these bills, and anticipate more bills will be introduced and added to this list. Please let us know if there are any bills not listed you feel are important for the NAIOP community at large to know about or, potentially, engage with.
