As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and industrial building construction projects. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure that all projects meet or exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years managing commercial construction projects ranging from $50,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

Senior Project Manager

We are hiring experienced Senior Project Managers in Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah, to work with our internal construction company, Strategic Builders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan and manage budgets.
Manage the estimating and preconstruction planning stages on projects.
Provide leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budget decisions.
Act as the main point of contact for project ownership and design team.
Negotiate business provisions and scopes of work for subcontracts, purchase orders, and other construction related contracts.
Oversee design development process along with project leadership, including ownership and design team.
Lead project meetings as required (e.g. work scope and specification review, MEPFP design, architecture/construction page turns, OAC’s).
Work with the Superintendent to develop work plans and project schedule.


Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, and pertinent web application skills.
Must have a minimum of 5 years construction management or related experience.
Proven ability to manage a complex project from development to closeout.
Preferred experience with multifamily construction, design-build, Procore, and Bluebeam.
