Attendees got the 411 on Utah liquor laws at HallPass, Utah’s first food hall and incubator. New concepts, restauranteers, and bars have rapidly increased their presence in Salt Lake City, many within The Gateway. Andy Moffitt with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate and leasing broker for The Gateway, discussed the Zion Curtain/Ceiling, alcohol limits, legal limits, proximity restrictions, liquor sales and available licenses. He also covered wine of the month clubs and beer delivery.
Attendees also enjoyed small bites from Chef Diego of Hibachichan and libations from Beer Zombies, both located in HallPass. Good times!
