Fourth Street Clinic has provided comprehensive healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness since 1988. From a single part-time nurse to more than 130 staff, Fourth Street Clinic now serves over 6,600 patients annually — offering medical, mental health, substance use disorder, dental, and pharmaceutical services through an integrated care model.

VISION 2030

Utah’s homeless population faces disproportionately high rates of chronic illness and mental health challenges. Barriers like lack of insurance, housing, and transportation limit access to care. Fourth Street Clinic turns no one away.

Fourth Street Clinic is planning a new multi-story facility on its current site — doubling clinical space, expanding behavioral health and dental services, adding radiology and physical therapy, and creating dedicated space for integrated care teams. The $53M project is currently in its capital campaign phase (2024–2028), with construction targeted for 2027–2030.
