On behalf of NAIOP Utah leadership:

On March 12, 2020, Utah Governor Herbert made recommendations restricting mass gatherings of people to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020 for at least a two-week period, it is recommended to restrict in-person gatherings of 100 or more and gatherings of 20 or more (for those over the age of 60).

To ensure the health and safety of NAIOP Utah members and the community at large, chapter events and meetings will be canceled for the month of March. This includes next week’s Pluralsight tour, which will be rescheduled and reimbursements issued. Additionally, the BOMA, IREM, CCIM and NAIOP Joint Legislative Town Hall, April 16, has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. Reimbursements will be issued to those who registered through naioputahevents.org.

We will follow guidelines and recommendations given by state and healthcare leadership to minimize the spread. We will continue to assess the situation and get events rolling as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your understanding. Further updates will be provided as warranted.
