NAIOP celebrates and empowers those who step up to lead their local chapter. This energizing retreat arms leadership with tools to keep members invested, as well as keeping the chapter strong. The three-day event is comprised of compelling keynotes, breakout sessions on timely topics, and special events for networking.
One of NAIOP’s priorities is legislative advocacy. In addition to attending conference training, Utah chapter leadership met with Mark Coffield of Representative Chris Stewart’s office, Representative Ben McAdams, Representative John Curtis, and Paul Johnson of Representative Rob Bishop’s office. During these meetings Jeffrey Rasmussen shared NAIOP’s three legislative concerns on critical issues: Infrastructure and Transportation, Tax Policy, and Energy Efficiency and Environment.
