CONGRATULATIONS to NAIOP Utah member, James Kilpatrick with Columbus Pacific Development and University of Utah MRED student, as one of six recipients of NAIOP’s 2019 Diversity Student Scholarship.
This annual scholarship “supports students who are pursuing a degree in commercial real estate and is a key component of the association’s pledge to advance diversity in commercial real estate.”
James has been an active member of NAIOP Utah and an integral committee member of the annual NAIOP Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium for two years. We’re lucky to have his thoughtful input and involvement. Of note, he was on the winning team of the 2019 Utah Real Estate Challenge. GO JAMES!
