MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Unlock your potential and accelerate your career in commercial real estate with NAIOP Utah’s tailored Mentorship Program. Through one-on-one mentorship sessions with seasoned industry experts, this program is designed to help you navigate the complexities of commercial real estate, avoid common pitfalls, and create a clear roadmap for success. You’ll also have the opportunity to build a strong network with influential industry leaders, fostering long-term relationships that can lead to new opportunities and collaborations.

MENTEES

Mentees are hand-chosen, high-achievers who remain motivated to take control over their professional development. Must be an active NAIOP Developing Leader member (under 35 years of age) and at least 3 years into an established career to apply.

Application Fee (nonrefundable): $50

Mentee Participation Fee: $500 (covers food, drinks and Mentee-only events throughout the year)

MENTORS

NAIOP member with 10 or more years of real estate experience and a desire to mentor are encouraged to sign up. As a mentor, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry by guiding and supporting the next generation of professionals.

Many of our mentors are accomplished NAIOP Utah board members with deep-rooted industry knowledge, providing unique perspective and access to high-level strategies and best practices.
