Sugar House has experienced quite the evolution. One of the most prominent projects is Park Avenue. This 9.5-acre, mixed-use development will be home to the University of Utah’s new Health Center, Class A office, multi-family, retail and gallery space. Attendees also toured the construction of the health center.
