NAIOP Utah Legislative Affairs Chair, Jeff Rasmussen, was recently elected as a shareholder at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a full-service law firm in Salt Lake City. Jeff is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Section. A seasoned real estate lawyer, he has dedicated his practice to helping clients navigate development of residential, commercial and resort properties, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, entitlements, zoning and land use issues. Jeff assists borrowers in the financing of office, retail, mixed-use and multi-family developments. In conjunction with his real estate practice, he handles business formation and planning, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.
Jeff received his J.D. from University of Southern California Law School in 2011, and his B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University in 2007. Prior to joining Ray Quinney & Nebeker, Jeff worked at Akerman LLP and Ballard Spahr.
