Herndon, Virginia (March 4, 2021) – NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has appointed Jaden Malan, agent, industry services, Colliers International, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to its Developing Leaders I National Forum. The Developing Leaders Forum provides  commercial real estate industry professionals – 35 years of age and under and with at least four years of related commercial real estate industry experience – the unique opportunity to advance their careers by gaining insights from and networking with seasoned commercial real estate professionals and peers over a two-year period.

As an agent, industry services, with Colliers International, Malan specializes in representing owner and tenant interests in sale, lease and build-to-suit transactions involving office/warehouse, manufacturing facilities, distribution and fulfillment centers, flex, logistics space and land. His comprehensive strategic planning, communication and implementation skills help him to serve his clients in reaching their objectives.
