This week NAIOP Utah leadership: Vinnie Figlioli, General Manager, Harris Company (President); Brian Cheney, Managing Partner, Cheney Law Group ( President-elect); Josh Caldwell, Business Development Executive, Mortenson (Programs Chair); Keith Smith, Founding Partner, Form Development (Membership Chair); AJ Pepper, Associate, Snell & Wilmer (Public Affairs Co-chair); and Lindsay Cleverly, Executive Director attended the NAIOP Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat (CL&LR) in Washington D.C.
NAIOP celebrates and empowers those who step up to lead their local chapter. This energizing retreat arms leadership with tools to keep members invested, as well as keeping the chapter strong. Additionally, NAIOP Utah leadership spent a day on Capitol Hill meeting with team members from the offices of : Sen. Lee, Sen. Romney, Rep. Stewart, Rep. Curtis, Rep. McAdams, and Rep. Bishop. During these meetings AJ Pepper shared NAIOP’s three legislative concerns on critical issues: Infrastructure and Transportation, Tax Policy, and Energy Efficiency and Environment. Details here.
