Join Taylor and Randy Woodbury for an open, conversational discussion on building a lasting career in real estate, leadership growth, and the decisions that shape long-term success. This lunch setting is designed to be meaningful, educational and inspiring. O. Randall (Randy) Woodbury is Vice Chairman of Woodbury Corporation, having served as President/CEO from 2011 through 2022.
Previously, he had directed the company’s property management operations for 30 years, during which time, the management portfolio grew to exceed 10 million sq ft in 13 Western and Midwestern states. He is Principal Broker for Woodbury Corporation and holds active Utah Real Estate and Insurance licenses. In 1987 he earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, for which he has served in many local and national leadership positions, including as its 2010 International President.
Mr. Woodbury concluded a 6 year term as a Director and Board Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Salt Lake City branch. He also serves on the boards of Envision Utah, Salt Lake Chamber, Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, Columbus Foundation and the Granite Education Foundation, SLC, UT. He is a graduate of the University of Utah having earned a B.A. in Business Finance with emphasis on Real Estate.TaylorTaylor Woodbury serves as the chief executive officer of Woodbury Corporation and on the company’s board of directors. Mr. Woodbury became CEO in 2023 after serving for 6 years as the company’s chief operating officer. Previously, he also held the position of treasurer overseeing all enterprise cash management.Mr. Woodbury is active in the real estate acquisition, development, and investment activities of Woodbury Corporation.
He is the project manager of the Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park at Hill AFB in Utah. Falcon Hill is one the largest enhanced-use leases in the United State Department of Defense. During his time as project manager, he has overseen the development of over 1M square feet of Class A commercial space and $500M of private and public investment. He led Woodbury’s entitlement efforts and a successful campaign against a referendum to approve The Green on Campus Drive near Utah Valley University, the largest private student housing project in Utah. He is also a principal in the management of Woodbury’s RE private equity funds which have raised over $500M of capital.
Mr. Woodbury has served on the boards of the Foundation of Utah Valley University and City Academy (a Salt Lake City charter school), served on the development committee for Youth Leadership and Training Center for the Boy Scouts of America, and was the Development Coach of the Olympus Aquatics water polo team. He also was an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Westminster College’s Gore School of Business in Corporate Finance. Mr. Woodbury graduated with a B.S. in Economics, J.D., and MBA degrees from The George Washington University and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University.
